Account basics
Use accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not misuse Shuppz or attempt to interfere with other users or platform operations.
Merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing and fulfillment of their own products, services and Shuppz deals. Shuppz does not silently create merchant commitments.
Shopper responsibility
Shoppers must use deal, claim and purchase features lawfully and may not fabricate transactions or reviews.
Changes
Material production changes should use a new terms version and require fresh acceptance when appropriate.
