Rules for using the Shuppz Early Beta marketplace, shopper intent features, merchant responses, Campaign Studio and Market Days.
Read documentThis hub explains how Shuppz handles Early Beta participation, shopper intent, merchant responsibilities, privacy, marketplace conduct and data governance.
Shuppz is currently a pre-incorporation Early Beta project. These documents are tailored to the current Shuppz product and are intended to govern the Beta framework, but the formal operator identity, legal contact, formation jurisdiction and any jurisdiction-specific dispute provisions must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before production commercial launch.
These documents reflect the actual Early Beta model: shopper intent is not a guaranteed purchase, merchants stay in control of their offers, sample activity must remain labeled, and Shuppz does not claim escrow or guaranteed commercial outcomes.
