Shuppz Cookie & Tracking Notice
How sessions, local storage, preferences and any optional analytics are handled during the Early Beta.
Shuppz is currently a pre-incorporation Early Beta project. These documents are tailored to the current Shuppz product and are intended to govern the Beta framework, but the formal operator identity, legal contact, formation jurisdiction and any jurisdiction-specific dispute provisions must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before production commercial launch.
1. What this notice covers
This Notice explains cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used by the Shuppz website and Early Beta product.
2. Necessary technologies
Shuppz may use necessary cookies or storage to maintain sessions, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, authenticate users, remember security state, preserve account context and keep the service functioning.
Disabling necessary cookies may prevent login, account security or other core functions.
3. Preferences and local state
Shuppz may use browser storage for user-selected preferences, interface state or device-local product conveniences where appropriate.
Device-local storage should not be described as server-side account data and may disappear if the browser storage is cleared.
4. Analytics
If Shuppz enables non-essential analytics, the Governance Hub or consent interface should identify the provider, purpose and retention behavior before use where consent is required.
The Early Beta should not silently introduce advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking.
5. Advertising technologies
Shuppz is not currently designed as an advertising dashboard or paid-placement marketplace. Advertising or cross-context tracking technologies must not be treated as active unless explicitly deployed and disclosed.
6. Your choices
You can control cookies through browser settings. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, Shuppz should provide a consent control that allows acceptance, rejection or later adjustment.
7. Updates
This Notice should be updated when Shuppz adds or removes material tracking technologies.
